This project is an interactive Power BI dashboard designed to help HR departments analyze employee personality types using the Myers–Briggs framework. The dashboard visualizes the distribution of personality archetypes across employees and roles, allowing HR teams to identify patterns in behavioral traits across the organization. Users can filter by role, archetype, and personality type to explore workforce dynamics and individual employee profiles.
