This project uses synthetic data to create an interactive Healthcare Analytics Dashboard built in Power BI, designed to help hospital administrators and healthcare managers monitor patient activity, operational performance, and financial outcomes. The dashboard integrates hospital admission data to visualize key metrics such as total revenue, number of patients, doctor-to-patient ratio, readmission rates, and average length of stay. Interactive visuals allow users to explore patient demographics, treatment patterns, medical conditions, insurance coverage, and hospital service utilization.

From a business perspective, the dashboard supports data-driven decision-making in hospital operations and resource planning. Healthcare managers can identify trends in patient admissions, evaluate treatment demand by medical condition, and monitor patient demographics and service utilization. Insights such as patient flow by month, insurance usage patterns, and hospital stay durations help administrators optimize staffing levels, improve patient care delivery, and manage hospital capacity more effectively.
